Tom makes sure Upptic is a well oiled machine and a place that motivates and sets up our great people to do what they are awesome at. Tom is also spearheading the software-as-a-service side of our company. Prior to Upptic, Tom bootstrapped a successful ad-tech company, which was acquired in 2017. Tom grew up in Fargo, North Dakota, don't cha know, and is currently based in Austin, TX.
Warren has built performance marketing divisions and launched massive apps for companies like Nexon, Wargaming and Blastworks. His passion is building great teams that combine art, data and psychology to create inventive, over-performing marketing campaigns. When he’s not launching apps he sings songs and casts spells.
Mike is a born and raised Texan, who has spent his career straddling the two worlds of technology and product. He is passionate and driven to solve complex problems while keeping a clear focus on business outcomes. Over Mike's career, he has led both development and product teams on several leading SaaS product offerings and helped foster innovation and collaboration cultures while working directly with clients to ensure measurable business values.

Xander stumbled backward into the world of growth marketing via music blogging, web development, marketing operations, and performance marketing at various agencies and startups. Xander works on high-impact business objectives across both the service and technology sides of the business.
Caitlyn is an artist with ten years of experience in the mobile games space. She's always searching for fresh concepts, constantly experimenting to find winning creatives. Outside of work, she focuses on multiple hobbies, including illustration, writing, reading, and knitting the occasional sweater. She lives in Seattle with her husband and cat.
Senior User Acquisition Manager
Originally from the East Coast, Kevin moved to the Bay Area in 2015 and joined Nexon M as part of the User Acquisition team. In mid-2019, he was given the opportunity to join Upptic as a UA Manager, focusing on ad ops, Google management, portfolio analytics, and retargeting. When not at work, Kevin can usually be found dancing with The Company, an award-winning urban choreography group based in Daly City.
Senior Visual Designer
Ava loves to make beautiful things. She graduated from the School of Visual Arts, studying illustration and graphic design. With over a decade of experience, she has worked in a number of industries from fashion, outdoor sports and mobile gaming. She has a background in indie comics, branding, toy and apparel design she loves to bring fun, color and energy to every project. She also teaches yoga and loves playing outside in the Pacific Northwest.
Senior Visual Designer
Rachael originally hails from southeast Alaska and has worked in the design and animation industry in some capacity in every state along the west coast. She currently calls Seattle home along with her husband and snorty pug. Her background is in 2D animation, design, and illustration. In her free time, she likes to draw traditionally with pen and ink on paper and watches more horror movies than is probably healthy for a single person. She is currently a motion graphics designer on Upptic's creative team, animating and designing video ads for various mobile gaming clients.

Matt Talmadge brings his analytical and client management skills from his financial consulting background to assist with all aspects of user acquisition. His strong work ethic and dedication to achieving the highest results comes from 20 years of competitive swimming.
Sam began his digital marketing career in 2012 and quickly fell in love with analytics and data storytelling. He continually looks for new tools to add to his data tool belt and also has a penchant for automation. Outside of work you can find Sam training/competing/teaching historical fencing or with his wife and retired racing greyhounds.
Kaden moved to the Bay Area to attend the Academy of Art University and has lived there ever since. He has spent the past several years working in the marketing industry designing ads for mobile games and apps. He enjoys thinking up new ways to create content that'll catch a user's eye. In his free time he likes to juggle a variety of creative and nerdy hobbies. His current passion is crafting cosplay for conventions and filming silly videos for social media.

Ian is building on years of Ad Tech experience at Vungle as a UA Manager at Upptic; he currently manages the SDK channel portfolio for our clients. Outside of work, he’s making crazy music (EDM, rap, and trying to get into reggaeton), playing board games, and/or hanging out with his fierce Yorkie named Ragnar.

Mishal brings her client management and analytical skills from her diverse background in Marketing & IT. Having obtained a degree in Management Information Systems from Rutgers University, Mishal had the opportunity to work with clients from different industries. In her free time, you can find Mishal discovering a new restaurant or traveling!

Driven by curiosity from the beginning, Ryan has worked with enterprises of all sizes to architect a variety of custom software solutions. Given his modern and ever-growing tech toolbox, he skips the question of "if" something can be done, and goes straight to working on the "how". Seeing the tools and services he builds being used and making an impact always brings a smile to his face.
Kevin is a devoted father of two. Over the past few years he took a deep dive into Full Stack Development and found his passion in Front End Engineering. Beginning his roots in Georgia, he managed to go to Colorado, then to Oregon, and has finally settled down in Las Vegas, Nevada. The city that never sleeps seemed appropriate for a father of two kids under 4. Outside of work you can find Kevin trying to fit in as much Deep Sea Fishing as possible, and desperately trying to keep the baby shark song out of his head.
