User Acquisition Strategy Lead - Europe
Overview
Upptic is a leader in the mobile games ecosystem as a proven provider of best-in-class games growth services, analytics, and automation tools for partners at any stage in their game's lifecycle. Upptic is seeking a passionate performance marketer to join the Growth Services organization as a User Acquisition Strategy Lead on the Strategy Team. The Growth Services organization at Upptic encompasses each of our main services offerings for clients: Strategy, User Acquisition, Creative Production, and Platform Analytics. As a multi-disciplinary team, we value the diversity in our experiences and viewpoints that help us iterate towards the best outcomes for our partners. Growth Services is a small team, so this hire has the opportunity to take on additional ownership and make an outsized impact within a quickly growing team. The User Acquisition Strategy Lead will be responsible for managing client relationships and client outcomes. We're looking for individuals with holistic UA experience, strong communication skills, and an affinity for problem solving to address client needs and coordinate the larger Growth Services Team.
Responsibilities
- Guide cross-team collaboration and manage key projects/initiatives for multiple apps within the Upptic portfolio
- Conduct data analysis and leverage data visualization tools in the Upptic Platform to measure effectiveness and develop impactful insights
- Partner with external teams and the Upptic creative team on creative asset development
- Engage with clients as the primary point of contact for education and guidance on marketing strategies and outcomes
- Coordinate with client teams to align UA and creative work with the broader content calendar and marketing initiatives
- Serve as a collaborative and empathetic leader for internal and external stakeholders
Experience
- 3+ years of professional experience in a performance marketing role – bonus points for mobile marketing experience
- Experience with user acquisition management on Google Ads, TikTok, Meta Ads, Ironsource/Unity, Applovin, and/or DSPs
- Experience with presenting and communicating at the executive level
- Proficiency in Excel or Sheets to perform fundamental analysis and synthesize into a narrative to communicate results
- History managing and optimizing $500K+ monthly budgets is a bonus
- Kind, collaborative, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
