Position: Data Analyst - User Acquisition


Bring great mobile games to millions of passionate gamers around the world.
Work closely with User Acquisition, Product, and Creative teams to manage and scale our client’s ad campaigns on Facebook, Google and other networks.
Lead on building reporting dashboards and work with our team of UA experts to help develop predictive modeling tools that will enable us to profitably scale apps to new heights by optimizing creatives, targeting, bids, and budgets.
Continually work to be the subject matter expert on the information in our platform and work directly with our team to transition that information into amazing insights to help guide our clients to success.
Collaborate with artists, game designers, engineers, and data analysts.


Passion for gaming and games industry.

Experience working in cross team environments from around the globe.

Able to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

Familiarity with terms and concepts around paid advertising and other marketing strategies.

Familiarity with User Acquisition or general Performance Marketing

Experienced with forecasting and modeling for marketing.


2+ years experience as an analyst in marketing, consulting, product management or similar roles.

Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience in math, statistics, computer science, business, economics or other quantitative field preferred.

History of using data insights to drive decision making and growth strategy.

Proven experience in working directly with business users to turn their experience into innovative information insights & solutions.

Experience visualizing results and presenting to internal/external clients.

Familiarity with programmatically extracting and refining large amounts of raw data.

Strong knowledge and proven abilities with the SQL.

Strong knowledge with databases such as MySQL and data repositories like Google BigQuery is a massive plus.

Experience with Excel is a must.

2+ years of experience building reports with Tableau or any other similar tools.

Experience in at least one analytical package like R or Python is a plus, but not required.



Creative Development

Position: Jr Graphic Designer


Upptic is looking for a Jr Graphic Designer to join our growing team. Upptic is a digital marketing services and technology company that oversees Growth Marketing, Creative Development, Analytics, and App Store Optimization for our partnering mobile developers.
Creative is the lifeblood of a successful marketing strategy and we view the Jr Graphic Designer role as a core contributor to our company.
The primary function of the role will be creating static ads and app store creative for the gaming & app developers we work with.
As such we are hiring for a remote contractor role paid on an agreed hourly rate. We are looking for a long-term collaborative partnership with the right person.


  • Work closely with the Creative team to produce graphics and for Upptic’s marketing campaigns and creative testing
  • Record footage and screenshots of apps to use in marketing materials
  • Research the mobile app market and social media platforms to help inform creative decisions
  • Develop and pitch new concepts and ideas to the Creative team
  • Upload and organize creative assets across multiple apps
  • Augment existing graphics to be implemented into our mobile marketing and campaign strategy
  • Successfully produce projects in a fast-paced environment on deadline


  • 1+ year experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showing a wide breadth of creative projects
  • Prior experience in the mobile game or video game industry a plus
  • Motion design or animation skills a plus
  • Knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat and Tiktok
  • Fluent with the Adobe CS stack with an emphasis on Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign – After Effects a bonus!
  • Ability to effectively present ideas – both verbally and visually
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to give and receive constructive feedback, and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to be proactive and take ownership of tasks with minimal oversight
  • A willingness to work at a fully remote company
  • Must be totally fluent in English
